We All Have Stories

Stories come from experience; experience comes from time. We all have stories. I've been hanging out in organizations for quite a while so I have lots of them! So, to begin this last chapter of my working career I have decided to tell stories. My stories; about organizational life.

Telling stories is what sustains our shared histories and how we learn from and engage others. Stories make us wonder, laugh, cry, cry out in anger and happiness, bore, excite, inspire and all those things that make up the feeling of what happens to us.

These stories will be more or less random, jumping from one year to another, one topic to another, whatever seems to fit or what comes to mind. I may make some links to other posts I have written or other content if it makes sense.

There is always some kind of message in a story. I'm going to try to not force a message. Your take on my story is yours. I do hope you find some value.
