One Year Later

About a year ago I was in The Neutral Zone.
The work patterns developed over decades of having a 'typical' job get pretty established.
A year later I still feel like I should be at my desk around 8:30am.
A year later I still feel like I should be getting more emails!
A year later I still feel like I should be finding more work.
But feeling like something doesn't mean I actually DO anything about that something! And slowly the work patterns change, even if it takes the feelings a bit longer.
A year later I still really like the work I do.
I'm working with 6 awesome young leaders who are some of the best leaders I've seen!
I get to work with an amazing colleague that I've known for over 20 years!
A year later I like making videos!
A year later the fuzzy plan I had is still fuzzy like plans always are.
And a year later I'm still having fun!
Maybe some day I'll figure out what I want to be when I grow up. But for now I think I'm still in the neutral zone, and I'm beginning to think I always have been!
